In home electrics industries,such as HVAC heat exchanger,water heater,PTC heating unit; In the industrial field,such as power plant cooling systems,construction machinery and air separation equipment. We have developed lots of new alloys for heat exchangers to meet the different technical requirements of customers.According to our continuous internal research and customer feedbacks,we have developed our series alloys which are more suitable for customers than standard alloys.We have alloys with various properties for different applications such as long life alloy tubes,collapse resistant alloy for fins,high strength aging alloys for plates,etc.

Metal clad material is a kind of material which combines different metals together with metallurgical bonding at the interface.Clad material greatly improves thermal expansion,strength,fracture toughness,impact toughness,abrasion resistance,electrical properties,magnetic properties and many other performances of single metal material. As a result, this material is widely used in petroleum,chemical,shipbuilding,metallurgy,mining,machinery manufacturing,electricity,water conservancy,trqansportation,environmental protection,pressure vessel manufacturing,food,brewing,pharmaceutical and other industry fields. Aluminum based multi-metal clad material is a clad material which clad aluminum,aluminum alloys with other metals. In theory,aluminum and aluminum alloy can be cladded with most metals.

Aluminum clad steell material

 The cladding of special steel and aluminum alloy combines the strength of steel and the excellent heat transfer performance of aluminum alloy, and makes brazing between steel and aluminum fins possible, which brings great changes to the design of the large cooling system. So this material is largely used in single-row type air-cooling condensers (ACC) for power station which is highly recommended by our government every year. The ACC system could save billions of tons of water for the whole country.

Babbitt (high tin alloy)-Steel clad material is excellent self-lubricated material, and is the important component of sliding bearing, which is necessary in the power system of cars,ships and machines.

Aluminum clad stainless steel material
